两种淬火油对板簧热处理质量影响的研究

摘要:通过对N32机油和今禹Y15-II快速光亮淬火油的冷却特性的对比研究,以及对采用两种油进行的60Si2Mn和50CrVA钢样品淬火冷却后的组织性能分析,研究了两种油对板簧热处理质量的影响。实验结果表明,N32机油的高温冷却速度不足是其不适于有效厚度大于12mm的60Si2Mn板簧淬火的原因。而今禹Y15-II快速光亮淬火油的蒸汽膜阶段短,高温冷却速度较快,有足够的低温冷却速度,能够满足14mm以下厚度的60Si2Mn和20mm左右50CrVA板簧淬火。

Research of Two Kinds of Quenching Oil Affecting on the Heat Treatment Quality of Plate Spring

Abstract: The effect of two kinds of quenching oil affecting on the plate spring are researched by comparing the cooling property of N32 mechanical oil with Jinyu quich & clean quenching oil, analyzing the structure and properties of the samples of 60Si2Mn and 50CrVA steel using two kings of oil. The result shows that the deficiency of high temperature cooling rate of N32 mechanical oil is the reason of it's unsuitable for the quenching of 60Si2Mn plate spring which effective depth is deeper than 12mm. While the shorter steam film phase and the faster high temperature cooling rate of Jinyu Y15-II quick & clean quenchingoil make it has the capacity to satisfy the quenching of 60Si2Mn plate spring which effective depth is deeper than 12mm and 50CrVA plate spring which effective depth is deeper than 20mm.
